Right of cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (k-data | Stefan Kastner, Alte Poststr. 5, 94036 Passau, Germany, info@k-data.org, Phone: +49 (0) 851 / 21033001) with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notice of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been explicitly agreed upon with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any potential loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling them in a manner not necessary for inspecting their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
